Balancing the scales of justice….
At Just Write, we take our profession seriously, therefore, the first matter of significance is to state upfront, WE ARE NOT AN ATTORNEY, nor do we provide legal advice. We can, however, help guide you to the proper attorney should your needs outweigh our services. Our primary objective at Just Write is to ensure each person we communicate with has a pleasant and positive experience with our business.
Additionally, we offer you our professional guarantee. We will always perform our due diligence to provide you with the best possible service. We pledge to complete our tasks in a timely and efficient manner. We also promise to guide you to an attorney should your needs extend our qualifications. But most of all, developing and maintaining trust remains paramount, so we promise to keep your private business PRIVATE.
In our business, we understand emotions can be at an all-time high, especially when seeking a solution to your legal issues. The process of divorcing is most often draining and emotional. We are here to ease your transition. From family issues such as drawing up your will to purchasing a home, Just Write will be at your side to guide you through the steps. We are here to bridge the gap between you and the courthouse.
You can be assured, whether you are contacting us for a one-time notary service or an uncontested divorce, you will be treated as we would want to be treated.
Over 10 years experience as a Notary and 12 years as a Paralegal.
Your Notary/Paralegal, Bridgette D. Savoy, is a native of Lafayette Parish, and like all Cajuns, has a flair for the arts and a true appreciation for fine Cajun foods! As a child, Bridgette found herself engrossed and inspired by criminal law shows such as Perry Mason, Murder She Wrote, and Magnum P.I. She began working as a paralegal in 2010 and in 2012 received her Statewide Commission as a Notary Public. She saw a need in the Acadiana community for mobile notary services and immediately began offering her services. Over the past decade, she has worked as an independent Paralegal and Notary. Her commission, coupled with her experience as a paralegal, has afforded her a wealth of knowledge she passes on to help those in need resolve their legal adversities without the cost of hiring an attorney.
As a Statewide Commissioned Louisiana Notary, Bridgette is
allowed to draft, prepare, and execute affidavits, acknowledgments, and other
authentic acts throughout the entire state of Louisiana. As a Mobile
Notary, Bridgette has been involved in closings related to the purchase of new
homes, refinancing, loan modifications, and numerous other closing
documents. As a Notary, she has also assisted clients with the filing of
court documents such as Last Will and Testament. According to the Louisiana
Notary Public, utilizing an experienced, commissioned Louisiana Notary
Public versus an attorney can be a cost-effective way to handle your personal
and public business in addition to a convenient alternative for preparing
and executing legal documents. Unlike many other states, a Louisiana
Notary holds a broad range of powers not allowed elsewhere and Bridgette makes
it all come together.
With white glove service, no details go unnoticed.
