Miss Scott Kylie Thevis attended the City of Scott National Day of Prayer to day at the Scott Event Center. This is one of the many areas where Miss Scott represents our beautiful City of Scott.
A special thanks to our former Mayor Hazel Myers for starting this event 31 years ago in our city. We were truly blessed to have her lead the way.

Miss Scott and Junior Miss Scott
Each year, SBA hosts a Miss Scott and Miss Junior Scott contest. Please check back starting in July when the application will be available to submit.
- Girls ages 13 to 15 compete for Junior Miss Scott.
- Girls ages 16 to 18 compete for Miss Scott.
- In addition to the application, an entry fee and short essay about the contestant shall be submitted.
- Applications are available in July. Application, Fee, and Essay, are all due at the same time, (together), in September.
- Contestants will be interviewed by an independent panel of judges and the winner chosen according to guidelines of the Scott Business Association.
- Winners are awarded a crown, banner, and cash prize.
- Winners may need to appear at certain social functions as a representative for the City of Scott.
- All young ladies entering and winning must compose themselves in a manner pleasing to the community.
